Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the platform does not guarantee tutor availability, student placement, grades, examination outcomes or a specific learning result.
Accurate information and user responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, attend agreed sessions on time and follow any payment, cancellation, safeguarding and communication rules presented before confirming lessons.
Tutors are responsible for accurately representing qualifications, experience, availability and teaching scope. Parents or guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision of minors.
Academic integrity
Tutors may teach concepts, demonstrate methods, discuss examples, review drafts and provide feedback. Tutors and students must not use the service to arrange cheating, impersonation, examination assistance, plagiarism or completion of assessed work that the student is expected to produce independently.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
The final service must present tutor rates, platform charges, billing method, currency, cancellation windows, rescheduling rules and refund conditions before payment or booking. This template does not establish a fee schedule.
